Volunteer Policy

In order for the MBC sale to be successful, we greatly depend on our volunteers' commitment and dependability. New to this sale, we are implementing a volunteer policy to prevent people from taking advantage of early shopping privileges and consignor incentives, then failing to work their scheduled shift.

• If you are a consignor volunteer, a $10.00 fee will be deducted from your earnings for every hour not worked, and/or for every service not fulfilled.
  
• If you are a non-consignor volunteer and don't complete your scheduled shifts or services, you will no longer be invited to participate in future MBC sales.
• We know it can be difficult, but consignors must refrain from "shopping" during their shifts.
• We love children...this sale is for children! However, children will not be permitted during a consignor's volunteer shift.
