It's a 35 minute group personal training sessions with moms just like you! The Fit&Tone format utilizes a weighted bar and resistance tube combo that delivers faster results than using just weights or just resistance tubes. BURN more calories and LEAN out faster! Core Fusion is an intense fusion of Pilates, Yoga, Balance to increase your core strength. Whether your baby is 3 months or 30 years old, CoreFusion will help you lose the low belly sag. This 40 minute class focuses on form and function, restoring the strength in the abdominal wall and pelvic floor by working all the muscles attached to the spine and hips. You will retrain all core muscles as well as inner and outer thighs, back, glutes, and hamstrings. MOMSINMOTION RUNNING CLUB: Moms in Motion is a running club designed just for women! There are so many women who set goals to run races, but have no idea where to begin, how to train, how to eat, what shoes to wear, what bra to get, how to stretch, etc... This program is designed to help answer all those questions and more! This club is for any fitness level, any age (14+), and for any race goal - 5K (3.1 miles), 10K (6.2 miles), Half Marathon (13.1 miles), or even a Full Marathon (26.2 miles).
