Regular Check-In Process

• Please sign up for a check-in time at Check-In Registration.
• At check-in we would really appreciate your patience as we look through ALL of your items and possibly revise your inventory. We want to maintain the highest quality at MBC, which could result in a 45-60 minute check-in process, depending on the amount of items you bring.
• One way to speed up check-in is to be very critical of the items you bring. Remember, if you wouldn't buy an item for your own child, most likely no one else will buy it either!
• If you use TagIt or TagItLite, it is helpful to bring your inventory list to check-in. For TagIt, use the “Selected Sale/Tag” tab. For TagItLite, use the “Selected Items” tab. Then select “Inventory” and “Basic Inventory” to print. Items not accepted will be recorded on your inventory sheet so you can update your TagIt program accordingly.
• Please bring your clothing items sorted by size, gender AND season. It is helpful to bundle your items with rubber bands to keep sizes, genders, and seasons separated during transport. All items will be inspected at check-in and any items not accepted will be recorded in our records and on your inventory sheet so you can update your TagIt program accordingly. Please do not be offended if we don’t accept some of your items at check-in. Most likely we will not accept at least a few of your items. We understand that it is easy to miss a stain during preparation and tagging. We want Mulberry Bush Consignment to feature only the highest quality items.
• After inspection, you will be responsible for putting your items in the appropriate areas (racks, floor space, tables, etc.). There will be volunteers to help direct you to the correct areas.
• Items that require set-up/assembly will be done at check-in by the consignor. Items that have hardware should be tight enough that they are safe, but loose enough for us to take them apart for the buyer.
• If at all possible, please do not bring children to check-in. We understand this is not always an option, so if need be, please bring another adult with you to check-in to monitor the children while you check in with us and place your items in the appropriate areas. All of the toys and books can be very tempting for little ones!

Mulberry Bush Consignment reserves the right to remove any item from the sale, even after check-in, if we discover a stain, tear, or non-working order.
